Every new SourceOwls Recruiter starts out as an Elf Owl. As you begin to recruit, and submit candidates to our Job Posters they will review, accept, or decline your submissions.
Your payout will remain as an Elf Owl until you have received 5 submission rankings. At this point, your ranking will either stay the same or be adjusted to an Owlet or a True Owl.
True Owls receive the largest payouts and are considered our Elite SourceOwls team. As long as your acceptance ratio is 50% or greater you will receive the maximum payout.
As a True Owl, your client engagement will also increase.

A SourceOwls Recruiter that has between a 1-29% submission to approval ratio.
Be careful if you fall into this category, accounts go into review under a 20% approval rate.

Starting Point
Elf Owl
A SourceOwls recruiter that has between a 30-49% submission to approval ratio.
This is your starting point when you sign-up and for your first 5 candidate submissions.
On the sixth submission, our algorithm will begin to calculate your candidate approval ratios.
Your payouts may increase or decrease, based on your candidate rating by our clients.
